Daniel Snider, R.Kin, BAHSc(AT), CAT(C)

Certified Athletic Therapist
Daniel completed his Bachelors of Kinesiology and Philosophy (2003) at the University
of Western Ontario. He graduated with Honours from Sheridan College (2008) with a
Bachelors of Applied Health Science in Athletic Therapy. Daniel is currently a Thesis
Writer at the Canadian College of Osteopathy. The title of his study is “The Effect of
Regional Osteopathic Treatment on Vestibular Dysfunction from Minor Traumatic Brain
Injury.”
My philosophy for patient rehabilitation uses a combination of treatment methods
including manual therapy, exercise programs, and patient education. Treatment methods
include craniosacral therapy, visceral therapy, myofascial, muscle energy, and strain-
counterstrain. I treat patients of all ages and fitness levels for all orthopaedic injury types,
concussion management, pre/post-op surgeries, digestive issues, and more. I have also
been a long-time provider for orthopaedic bracing including custom knee braces and
other rehab products.
Daniel currently provides field coverage for the York Simcoe Express AAA Hockey
Club. He has worked with Toronto Skillz Soccer Academy, S.A.A.C. Soccer, Oakville
Soccer Club, OWHA Hockey, Burlington Braves and Stampeders Football. He has done
event coverage for Skate Canada, Phil Esposito Fantasy Hockey Camp, Johnson &
Johnson International Cup Hockey Tournament, and the Canadian Wheelchair Rugby
Championships.
